how many names have you registered in this way?
Have you sold any domains to their "rightful owners?"

That is totally bizarre!

Glad to see Kenny has a sense of humor.

Are you kidding me you have the gull to come and post here. Yeah you have no excuses you shouldn't even bother replying to the thread. This is why we get a bad name in the industry.

I'm not defending what Kenny did.

But that is not why we get a bad name in the industry.

Most consumers have never heard of front running.

But most consumers are aware of the tens of thousands of domains registered trying to capitalize on the Virginia Tech Massacre and every other top news story in the land.

Why? Because the press picked up on it and plastered it on every major television network, blog, and home page on the web.

It is those types of situations that give domaining a bad name...vultures wanting to cash in and make a buck on horrific events.

If it cost Kenny some money for being dumb and stupid, then good for him.

But the shit I see reported on network news, sold on this forum, and on ebay...that's the shit that gives domainers and domaining a bad name.

Send a message via MSN to Vinternatt

What an impudence.

I sent a mail about "buying that trocorp.com domain" and here is the reply:

Quote:
Hi Çağrı,

Please feel free to make a offer and if it reasonable enough we can have a immediate deal.

The safest way for both buyer and seller is to use "Escrow" where you pay to a legitimate 3rd party and I hand over the domain to them when they see both the payment and domain are fine they change hands.

There are 2-3 major ESCROW services for domains

1) Escrow.com

2) Sedo.com ( where the domain is if you visit it.)

3) Moniker

For more idea on making an offer you can visit http://www.dnjournal.com/domainsales.htm

Out of these Sedo is understood to be really slow in its proceedings. But it is your choice.

I can also provide WebDesign and Website promotion , making sure you rank high in Google and other major search engines for your required keywords.

Take Care.
If you have a look at the bold part, you'll see that this lazy "domainer" wants to get a big fish lol You should be ashamed of what you are doing lazyleo, but I think you don't have that kind of sense...

EDIT:

Quote:
But the shit I see reported on network news, sold on this forum, and on ebay...that's the shit that gives domainers and domaining a bad name.
I don't agree. What lazyleo is doing gives him a bad name. What the guys you told are doing gives them a dishonorable name, which is a more disgusting and worse thing.

Regardless of what gives us a bad name this still shows the character of Kenny and it isn't a good one either.

Stop beating a dead horse. Kenny doesn't really care about it. So let's move on to the next one. I heard someone found that 2 hours of posting an unregistered domain at his blog, Domaintools registered it under an alias corporation.

I wholeheartedly agree, however, we can be cordial with each other. I wouldn't bad mouth my competitor down the road but if I see an opportunity to take some of his business away and make it mine, I'll certainly go for it.

If you have to explain what your domain name means, give up, it's a crappy name!

That is one thing that I have learned of late. If I even think that I have good domain that is not regged, i reg it immediately. I reg them at moniker so if I change my mind, I have a few days to delete it for .25 cents. I have lost many domains by flip flopping around and not regging them. (or do I think that they are good because they are no longer available ?!?!?)

Cutthroat businesses are a hell of a lot easier than the domaining industry.

He has registered LOTS of domains this way,but he cannot even admit to that either. The guy clearly has NO morals whatsoever and cannot even speak the truth now.

What's the big deal? Who posts an unregistered domain on their website and then doesn't think it might get registered!?
