hänchen.com "be transferred to the Complainant."
I can't believe my eyes. Seems the panelist had no idea it has meaning in german language ? It means CHICKEN (and I do not see this fact mentioned anywhere although the proceedings were in english).
Their "bad faith" reasoning now makes me convinced there is going on huge bribery amongst panelists (who are getting some small money only). Bad times for small domainers, larger guys can always afford good lawyer, small guys will be stripped of domains from corrupted panelist like this fcuker "Wolter Wefers Bettink"

Strange, but "Hänchen" is definitely wrong.
Better use this one: http://dict.leo.org/ende?lp=ende&lan...chen&relink=on
Even that google link gave proper spelling:
1. Hosenscheißer
2. Kneifer
3. Hähnchen
4. Huhn
5. Hühnchen
6. Küken
7. Kleine
8. Mieze
they're wipoing idns now lol
the tm lawyers really are the new ambulance chasers
What came first, the huhn or the ei?![]()

Looks to me like he was taking advantage of one way they spell their name (Hänchen) within certain areas of their website, with same accent as respondants IDN. I doubt this guy was thinking 'chickens' when her reg'd this one.

Enter Chicken then translate to German
I am not sure we are seeing the same page if in different continents
if germans are telling you, then you should believe it
or you can use some serious DICTIONARY
they always spell it "hänchen"
only if "ä" is not available (non-IDN domain names or very very old typewriters), then they spell it "haenchen" (as it is standard in german)
