Amazing amazon.
You calling Ron out?
http://www.dnjournal.com/archive/dom...es09-16-08.htm
How exactly do you type that out on your keyboard?
Yeah sure, that's what I'm doing.... Your funny.... I trust Ron's report but didn't see it when I posted my statement. From my experience and the experiences of some of my domain peers we have seen our share of failed "sales" through various venues, from sedo to Snapnames. A sale is one thing, a completed deal is another. Congrats the buyer and seller and to Rubber Duck for inventing IDN's, pun intended.
When you and your 'peers' wake up to the fact that IDNs are here to stay and that much larger deals (That have been paid for) are occurring on a regular basis then maybe we can try and get away from this 'Western mindset'
And don't ask .. because you won't be told.
Is ASCII truly king? .. Time will tell
Your pun is appreciated, though I wish rubber duck would STFU so I can get my greasy domainer hands on a few more prime terms before the only thing left to register is .. "Great Typo for sale! Traffic is leaching from 银行.com! .. 银银行行银行.com .. Buyer pays Escrow fees!!!! .. No cease and desist letters so far .. Starts at $1 ... !!!!' (I just threw in a few extra exclamation marks for added effect .. Damn .. I forgot about BOLD and COLORS .... !!!!!!!)
If you don't know by now then it will take someone with more patience than me to tell you.

Never happen - nobody wants those squiggly character thingies that no one can understand or type. Particularly when there are still good ascii.me/asia/mobi still around.
Ok, here's what I don't get, did I ever bash IDN's in this thread? I own IDN's myself? My point was about the reported sale, I don't care if it was ASCII or IDN. My western mindset has nothing to do with failed sales. I don't know why you and or others, self-proclaimed IDN'ers bash people. I don't get your mindset and I don't know where your from, western, eastern, or whatever. I guess I'm glad to have a western mindset if it means I'm open to opportunities both ASCII and IDN alike. Like I said, congrats to both the seller and buyer. Save the rude behavior, let's pretend for a moment that we met face to face I'm sure you don't talk to people like this when you just met them.
If I came off as rude I apologise .. my sense of humor seems to have been lost in my post.
I am not as you say a 'self-proclaimed IDN'er' .. my most recent buy on this forum would correct that misconception.
Opportunities are there .. Take 银行.com as an example .. in which market can you drop 21k and take such a gamble that the outcome far outweighs the risk?
If you offered me 20 LLL.com or 银行.com as an investment it's a no brainer for me.
STFU?
Are you kidding?
It is just about time to party!![]()
Yours, Rubber Duck
Please note that any historic offers over a month old are null and void.
It is a strong IDN term.
Great sale!!!
