Used to intern at Goldman Sachs.

I think they won because goldmansex.com sounded like Goldman Sachs

Re: DECISION: Goldman Sachs wins ruling to force Goldmansex.com website to alter name

It took me awhile to find the decision ... since when did ICANN stop updating their UDRP search tool?

Anyways, finally found the decision by going directly to the NAF site ...

It appears the respondent, assuming I read the decision correctly, amended their response with 139 more pages ... sometimes more is less when it comes to making a case.

I'm surprised despite all the effort the respondent put into making their case, such as the 139 page addendum, they chose to go with the default 1 panalist instead of 3, which is often advantageous for respondents.
