Domain .extensions

Could someone tell me if there is a site or list available with every domain extension ie/ .ws .uk.com etc. etc.

I suppose you could include the mostly unaccepted/unapproved (special plugin or ISP required) domains at new.net.

...since the question wasn't qualified to ICANN approved or 100% resolvable.

When I found it a couple of years ago I had to laugh at .HM
Heard and McDonald Islands are uninhabited but you can still reg a domain
