Two-worders are niche-specific: adjective+noun.
The single worders are generic but harder to reign their traffic.

I don't think it was too expensive. It was an ok price for an end user, considering the niche. Not many descriptive generics like this one available for sale

Let us not mix up a domain sale with the sale of a business with all of it's assets.
Nice price, anyway.
Again, we see that:
a) What's worth nothing for some, could be precious to others.
b) We don't need appraisals - We want our asking price.

It looks to me that it was developed, so a site could of went with it as well. It appears their is some traffic as well with most traffic coming from Germany and France.

It is important to note that EroticShop.com forwards to Eis.de so maybe it was just a traffic buy for the specific German traffic... Eis.de is an erotic type store.
