It is more than simple that all pre-reg will be canceled, in fact all these services as a kind of scam. There is no official pre-reg, all registrar are trying to catch future custommers with their WLS like services but, it was announced lately, all the request registered before the official release date will simply be canceled.
At last, you have to justify a physical adress in one of the European countries to be able to register a .eu domain.
I would like to know which registrar can be respectable when they are outlaw. Did you see famous registrar practising actually prereg of eu domain name?
I just hope for those of you who already preregged some names that their respectable registrar will always be respectable when a refund will be asked
