    ICANN can learn from CIRA

    The CIRA Domain Dispute Resolution Policy is a much better balance between the rights of domain holders and trademark holders than the ICANN policy. It also puts some teeth into the anti reverse highjacking provisions. Makes for some very interesting reading even if you do not live in Canada.
