Gee, I wonder who owns the registrar?
The fastest route to de-accreditation for any registrar is failure to implement the UDRP.

Lets hope it makes a difference..
I subscribe to the WIPO lists, and I have to say the decisions are questionable. The financial incentive for Panelists to find in favour of the complainant is astounding.. I appreciate that they declare impartiality, but still.. if they were not to be complainant supportive then the complainants would not chose them..
The principle of the UDRP is sound, the execution however is flawed.

I wasn't suggesting that anyone was flouting the UDRP. I guess what I meant to suggest was that the registrar had a small amount of discretion to hold the domain in cases where the UDRP was clearly erroneous and where there was a pending lawsuit.
The existence of the lawsuit clarifies it all. Thanks.
