Country: | Lets hope it makes a difference.. I subscribe to the WIPO lists, and I have to say the decisions are questionable. The financial incentive for Panelists to find in favour of the complainant is astounding.. I appreciate that they declare impartiality, but still.. if they were not to be complainant supportive then the complainants would not chose them.. The principle of the UDRP is sound, the execution however is flawed.
