Just saw this on their main website today:

Anybody know what price did it sell for, and who was the original owner?

No, but its definetly interesting when they write unexpectedly (i saw the notice myself)

I dont think it sold for that much, of what it`s worth to the GetAFreelancer crew.

Just read in a TechCrunch post that the doamin sold for a six figure amount. They weren't willing to say if this was low, mid, or high six figures
