And the weird part is that he has yet to deny the allegations.

Glenn Beck's lawyers have lost the effort to shut down the Web site glennbeckrapedandmurderedayounggirlin1990.com on grounds that it is protected speech, said World Intellectual Property Organization arbitration panelist Frederick Abbott.
Site creator Isaac Eiland-Hall argued that Beck's rhetorical techniques are being parodied. Marc Randazza, his lawyer, referenced Beck's interview with Muslim congressman Keith Ellison, asking for proof that he was "not working with our enemies."
Its origins lie with a Web meme from Fark.com on Aug. 31, when the question was posed by a user: "Why haven't we had an official response to the rumor that Glenn Beck raped and murdered a girl in 1990?" Eiland-Hall's site was set up the next day.

haha...too funny, Beck is a real sleeze ball.
Why should he say anything anyway? He doesn't have to respond to every frivolous allegation that someone decides to make against him.
Sad that this is protected speech. If this were done to Obama you can bet that it would not be protected under the Constitution.
No its you who doesn't get it. If this story had legs the liberal media would have destroyed him with it. Instead they talk very little about it because they know its false.
If you respond to false allegations like this the story continues. Beck is actually playing it smart and the thing will go away.

actually, you're wrong. protected speech is protected speech. people say bad things about the president all the time. no one gets into trouble unless it's threatening or incites violence. but it wouldn't make sense to register this name about obama. aimed at beck, the name is funny because it parodies beck's bombastic, facts-be-damned style. i don't think you have to be liberal to find it funny (though i'm sure it helps). i'm a liberal, but when i read where someone in the new york times refer to keith olbermann as a 'sputtering lunatic' i laughed out loud and i've been calling olbermann that ever since. it's apt. excess is excess. i find it hard to watch either one for more than five minutes.
That is Beck's style. Accuse someone of being facist, jihadist, socialist, communist and just about everything under the sun. The tables were turned and Becky didn't like it. And he didn't play it smart, he made headlines with this story by trying to WIPO the domain.
He is like watching idiocracy really happen or is it an Oligarhy(sic)?![]()

And this guy is still on tv? I say throw him under the jail.
He has every right to be a total idiot on TV. The problem is his viewers. They have no idea what he's saying or even what the words mean. Obviously Becky has no idea what they are as he can't even spell them correctly; and he has writers.
First Obama is a socialist then he's a facist. Well which is it? Socialism is a far left ideal and facism is a far right ideal. You can't be both. It's stupid, asinine and morons fall for it.
The point being if Beck can spout off on baseless accusations about other people then so can the "average Joe" that created this website about Beck.
Freedom of speech goes both ways. Something Beck's little brain hasn't or will never be able to grasp.

you can read all the documents on this case the lawyer of the defendant's blog at randazza.wordpress.com. The lawyer's response in particular is quite funny. How often will you read “Every time you masturbate… God kills a kitten,” in such a document?
The domain name will only confuse you if you're a morron in a hurry. It and the site are political satire (based on a meme and a sketch) and this is protected by the First Amendment and rightly so.
Btw, the registrant offered the domain name to Beck after he won the case because he had made his point.
Just proves once again what goes around, comes around.
Beck can dish it out but he can't take it.
To me it just makes the creator of the site look like sleeze.
While Beck may be idiotic at times fighting him with sleeze is no better. Lowers you to their level.
The high road, not often taken.
