WIPO challenges
These were all under the sunrise challenges. Some smart dudes decided the fastest and cheapest way to acquire a bunch of great .info names was to challenge false trademark registrations made by others.
.info need to be cleaned up.. even the challenger themselves still provided fraud trademark registration. [ur]scam.info[/url]
we might see LR III.
A part of me hopes there won't be an third .info landrush but rather Afilias will simply return the names quietly to the public. A third landrush will primarily benefit the likes of directi, aaaq.com and ar.com. What concerns me the most are invalid trademark claims not challenged by Afilias.Originally posted by prasit
