Robert R. Parsons of GoDaddy formally wrote to ICANN yesterday (8 May 2003) stating that the latter "should prohibit the WLS entirely" if no consensus position can be reached among registrars:

..seeking to block VeriSign, Inc. from offering a Waiting List Service ("WLS") for domain names.

I have seen all 3 of the expressions being used, but which one is the *official* one ?
Like in "which term would make the best domain ?"![]()
