ICANN has made it clear that based on this new, Whos It Gonna Be technology will allow them to form a new UDPRP (Uniform Domain Pre-Registration Policy). Cases will be more proactive then the current UDRP. We are glad to assist ICANN in making the world safer one domain at a time. "

If they are going to be sending emails to lawyers to challenge the registration or not. This could start to DELAY registrations in a huge way. Sounds pretty ridiculous to me.

Good idea but it can be organized in a better way.
