Somebody should tell ICANN that IDN were introduced live into the DNS about 4 years ago. They are being bought developed and work without problems.

What ICANN is belatedly doing is allowing the extension of the domain registeries to be expressed in Unicode characters.

If they have as good a grasp of the project they are undertaking ,as they they have the ability to communicate it to others, then we can look forward to another ICANN fiasco!
