If any US State can arbitrarily seize domains (in this case, gambling domains) that legitimately belong to people & organisations that properly registered them - several based in foreign countries - and, run businesses on the international worldwide web - that's very scary.

If this stands, then the next obvious target could be all GEO domains (cities/states/any territory, anywhere), then Porn domains, then....then...
