There is some discussion about it on a poker forum
It's true.
The court filing is on this link:

someone must have had too much moonshine!
Holy crap!
Hmmm, maybe it's not so bad that me and mine aren't into gambling affiliate programs.
Even more of a reason for me to want Obama elected. A guy can't play a poker game at home but Goldman Sachs brokers can go to work and gamble peoples retirements away. Obama 08

Is there someone drinking too much?
One of these days they'll be claiming h3ss5jjyy.com also...
Can anyone recommend a good offshore registrar?
DNGazette.com - for sale
Isn't name.com offshore? I mean, at least Frank Schilling should be.
Edit
( http://whois.domaintools.com/sevenmile.com ) - I guess it is.![]()
Fabulous is offshore but if you do some whois lookups on the list, you will see that the list names foreign registered names as well. mysportsbook is reg'd to a Gibraltar company via a UK registrar.

Been a while since I've chimed in on one of these rant and rave blogs
Online tonight because evidently I have domains up for auction at TRAFFIC New York, although I can't figure out which ones. Thank you, Moniker.
Back to the subject ... Kentucky doesn't surprise me. Last week the U.S. govt. spent 1 TRILLION dollars to stave off total financial collapse. The city of San Diego has come out and said that if they are required to meet their pension and health care benefit requirements, over half the annual budget will be needed to fund them within a few years. Any wonder U.S. cities and states are looking to seize whatever assets they can find.
And yes, Kentucky may succeed, because the U.S. still owns the internet by treaty.
