Nice article, but this is the part that caught my attention more:

This could drive market prices of premium .coms etc... down, not good for resellers i suppose.

.mobi? if anything i would have applied for .wap

The .jobs domain would allow companies to list available jobs at Web sites like www.companyname.jobs, rather than using a more complicated address like companyname.com/jobs.

Also I strongly believe that .xxx should be the only extension aloud to use porn - however it will take a while for adult content providers to adjust and market their new domains - This would also be GREAT for resellers because I can see .xxx becoming very popular - Ive even thought of buying some at new.net.

I used to get A LOT of resume (with attachement) looking for jobs in my "esteemed" company in which I'm not only the Chief Technoolgy Officer but also Sales Manager and Customer Service Representative. LOL!
