Has afilias mentioned anything reagrding a possible thrid .info landrush?

One can never be sure with these gTLD rollouts with changing schedules and rules, but Afilias did tell a relatively high-profile inquirer (not me) that there would be no LR3. Also, I have talked with folks at Afilias myself and not heard anything about a possible LR3. As best I can tell, it remains uncertain what will happen to remaining Sunrise registrations with bogus trademarks.

It apears that Afilias may allow fraudsters to keep .info domains. The real winners in this are Marco publishing, Yesnic, Directi, Mr. Stephen Rumeny and perhaps above all Korean fraudsters. I predict that eventually legal action may be necessary against both Afilias and the fraudsters to recover stolen domains.

Yeah, I think its now up to us individuals to harrass Afilias on specific names. No way they will publicly admit that the Sunrise fiasco was so huge, that it will take more than one sweeping of the broom to clean up.

How on earth do all these Landrushes work? I thought there was only meant to be 1?

It's a long story. There should have been only one Land Rush, but...
