DNF$: 2,959 | Moniker Hurricane Recovery Moniker.com, was in the direct path of Hurricane Wilma. Moniker's off-site automated systems are operating normally, although some operations are not operating correctly due to a storm-unrelated database problem which is being fixed. Support may be slow, as Moniker's employees in Florida are without power and transportation. Monte has relocated to another part of Florida and is responding to inquiries via dial-up. If there are any truly urgent issues, I can contact Monte via cell phone.

Just got a reply today from Monte regading a lowball offer I had made for a DN
Amazing that he even had time to reply to me
It was not an automated reply and I didn't even tell him that I was a moniker customer.
Well done Monte and moniker |

I just got a tech support matter emailed to me too. It took two days, but that's really not bad considering the horrible conditions post hurricane. Even under difficult circumstances, Moniker still comes through. This says alot about a quality company!!
And the CEO Monte will get back to you even faster than tech support, usually within a few hours. That is almost unheard of. |

passed with flying colors.
What happened to Moniker and Directnic must be destiny or something. :-D
