What do you think the future of pay per unique is? I have heard Frank talk about this on multiple occasions and also on his blog:

well we already have that under pop under/exit
if pay for uniques comes then the advertiser will be more selective on what they take. they might simply reject non converting traffic(names with low CTR will be off the market
