You have to Self Certify that your a Professional (Check a box), but the rules with that are so foggy it still doesn't make a lot of sense.
I checked a .pro ext, 4 days ago (forgot where) and was seeing prices like $149.00
I think it doesn't matter how much the price is. As long as the rules are still like today, dot pro will never reach its potential.
I really hope that the prices will be below $25.
