If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I'm pleased to announce that I have succeded in bringing the Domain Registry of Europe down a few notches!!
I received a letter from the ASA today (Advertising Standards Authority). For those of you outside the UK, they are an 'Independent' Government authority who have the power to command/prosecute/close down etc. advertisers.
A copy of the letter can be found at:

However, I'm not stopping here.
I will be consulting with the Trading Standards office again, as they should be able to take action against the DROE on their own.
For one thing, on the count of gross misuse of personal data (ie: raking the WHOIS databases of addresses) etc.
Hopefully, my and a few other domain-guru's efforts have stopped a greedy, dodgy company ripping off a lot of innocent, gullible domain owners out of many thousands of pounds!![]()
