The most expensive sale for a .de extension domain has just taken place: €892,500 for KREDIT.DE - Beautiful sale brokered by sedo.
Another beauty: Pisos.com just sold for €250,000 & Pisos.net for €150,000 as part of the deal to Grupo Anuntis.
Pisos.com, another spanish gem ("Condos.com" in Spanish) went for $187,500 (DNJournal.com).
This just goes to strengthen the continuing positive evolution and massive progress of Spanish and German domain sales. There are still many opportunities for Spanish, German and French markets and holders of premiums in these respective languages.
