I say keep your investments in .com .CN .org .net .biz .us .ca

TM = yuck and besides thers not much of a market..

a lot of single letter names are available for tm

now if you can make a market for it like many tried to do with the clever "Trade mark" idea.. go right ahead..

but IMHO not worth the money

Also be aware that it's not $99 for 10 years.

It's $99 per year - available only for 10 year registrations = $990 per domain.

A thousand dollars for each name!
