    Sorry im new and this is my first post. is it illegal to own a TM .com name or is it just frowned apond. i went to a few domain places and noticed allot of people own domain names with TM names in them.

    Best advice: Don't touch a domain with a TM in it.

    TM's are legally enforceable...and enforced often. Just a world of grief there.

    dang i have had one similar to the toyota one for years and did not realize the TM problems. when i got it i thought of a future product i wanted to sell and the domain was available. the future is here and now i have to let it go i guess.
