A tm does not entitle someone to the .com automatically.

I hope that people in here share my opinion that dnf is a tool for us to learn/help, develop and get better on what we do....and yes, guys in here helped me see what was coming, i could back out of the deal that turned out fishy, i got my money back and the real owner of the domains got his domains back! So well, thanks AGAIN?.. to you acro and a few others in here for that....

what i wanted to say was that, threads like these can come to important conclusions (so please dont get us on the wrong track acro .

I think namejet sales have been remarkably high the last couple of weeks and was waiting for a thread like this to pop up here......

I love namejet and the old netsol names being offered there, i hold my thumbs that their platform is "fair play".........

    Cheers! TGIF!

I'm simply stating that you're "Smelling something fishy" when there is nothing really fishy there, all while the stench of buying generics on the cheap should really be a warning.

To anyone else pondering "what's fishy" with the sale of 4-letter .com for $15k with an existing tm you'll need to see how many tm's Frank Schilling is bidding on or winning on NameJet on a given week.

What exactly is indemnifying him from liability which might arise out of ownership of such names?
