IDNs are .COM/.NET/.DE, only in a different language. With IE7, there's no difference what language is used, if it's a generic term .COM or .DE, it's still much better than a latin .BIZ or .INFO.
A .COM is always KING, whether it is latin or "IDN". Any wise domainer will know this and diversify as soon as possible.
