I saw an article about it a while back. It is definitely something to look forward to. Hopefully it will lead to higher PPC rates.

Good.... Google need some competition.... Adsense payouts have gotten MUCH worse since Adsense was introduced.

It is all very well launching, but it depends what service is being provided. It would seem that Sedo are set to launch a full Unicode PPC service with locally targeted advertising from Google in the main Asiatic Languages. I think it will be a while before Yahoo is able to take on Google across a broad spectrum.
