Looks like the marker warming up after summer 2008 and I saw many many good sales and deals @ sedo/greatdomains auction that ended just few minutes ago. I've personaly won couple of names.
What are your thoughts regarding this recent venue?
Much better price than the last few, personally i think your ZR.com worth more!

UD was a steal, I would have bought it without blinking an eye if I had the cash lying around
you mean YB "could" be yellowbook.....I don't think it's that great of a name..other than the obvious short length..it still brought in low xxx,xxx not bad
I'm buying credit, banking, loan, insurance related generics in .com, .net, .org with high search volumes/traffic. Will consider typos too! - PLEASE PM with name, info, & asking price!
Many people seem to not understand that the domain marketplace, much like the stock market, has volatility and direction. Capital is not ever-flowing; there are strategic acquisitions that seem to achieve high prices while domains with similar (or better) characteristics fail to reach the same price. Today's domain market does not sustain the financial frolicking of the 1990's, when start-ups would easily acquire angel capital and offer stock via an IPO. Similarly, in the 1990's the domain market was not as expanded as it is today.
