I am looking to trade links with anyone who has a PR4 site.

Rules as follows:

1) Must be genuine PR, not faked, check:
http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html

2) Site must be listed in Google, (see rule 1):
Google for "site:http://www.yoursite.com"

3) Links must be site-wide where possible.
Some of mine are 1 page sites, but those that aren't have site-wide links.

Yes, in fact I specifically want to do 3 way link exchange. The main site I want to promote is not one of these PR4 ones.

Depends on which site. Not on some of the more developed sites like BadJokes.org, DomainNamesChat.com, DomainSeven.com, GamesDirectory.biz etc, but on some of the 1 page sites that would be okay.
