Exchange banner for links ?

Hi,

I have a site (music related) which has started to get some good traffic eventhough it just a have like a month old. It is not even indexed by google yet, guess it is sandboxed, but Yahoo and all the rest indexed it very well and I'm getting all referals from there.

Since I have 0 PR, I wonder how can I make it up to have a link exchange from sites that have some PR ?
I was thinking to offer one of those minibanners at the home page and all the pages of my site plus a text link in trade for a text link to my site.

Is this a good deal ? or do I have to actually pay money for links ?
Basically, I'm dealing not for the value of my link, but for banner exposures.

Depends really on how many uniques you're getting. What's the url?

Arround 150 uniques a day, but since I have a gallery pictures, this is going to be arround 40,000-50,000 views a month (according to estimate).
But as I say, traffic is only from Yahoo, and site is less than one month old, when I get indexed by google I guess I'd go to 3x that.
