That's right, while other people are only accepting high pr link exchanges, it doesn't matter to me ;0)
I invite you to add your link to http://www.free-websites.net which has a PR3 on every one of it's pages. In return, all I ask for is a link back to my other site http://www.free-websites.com (as long as the page you are linking from has at least a PR1).
This is a much better linking technique as we all will be recieving one way links....worth much more than a normal reciprocal links.
