Need links to FREE resources for graphics, images, icons,editors, etc.

I am going to be putting up a quick site. The purpose is to post list(s) of free sites that offer a variety of resources.

This is for a Dreamweaver Class I am attending.

I am amazed at the number of graphic artists in this class as well as designers and so on. Most have jobs that, due to downsizing or not wanting to fill vacant positions or outsource, they have been thrust into positions to maintain company websites, etc. And some of these companies I would LOVE to have as a client. I live in an area that is home to Sara Lee, Hanes, RJ Reynolds, Texas Pete, and numerous national/international brands.

I will be listing known resources like OpenOffiice.org and icon sites.

I would like sites that offer a variety of editors, photo imaging software, art editing software, icons, etc.

I have selected uuaa.com to host this list.

Please post in this thread. I would like to review each site before inclusion.

Are you aware of a suite of products called ConceptDraw?

If not, you should be. I have posted links to download each component of this suite FOR FREE saving over $1300.

This is the type of stuff I am looking for.

I am posting links to free resources for graphics, images, productivity, etc.

Please contribute if you know of free links like OpenOffice.org, GoogleDocs, Lotus Symphony, IconArchive.com, and so on.

Still working on this site but hope to have most links on site by wednesday. Essentially, this site will never be completed as long as people keep finding and posting links for the purpose of passing on free stuff.
