www.grovenetworking.co.uk is a PR4, and there are 4 sitewide text links still available. For the time being they're just $7.95 per year. I might be able to squeeze a couple more in but no more than that.

It is also taking free links, with no recip. required. (This will change in a week or two)

These two don't have sitewide links but if anyone really wants one ...
