It seems that the PR is Fake ,
I've checked it with SeoLogs and checkpagerank.net both have tools to determine fake pagerank.

The pagerank is real - at least it plays in the links to influence other sites PR for the next Google update. SEOLogs algorithm claims it is fake because there is no page indexed (which is correct because name recently acquired by me - you can check with keyword "site:" in the google search) but I don't agree with the "fake" statement. Also, believe me, I already linked all my sites from that PR5 ... if the pagerank was so fake I would not do that of course.
Your PR rate bounces back and forth from 3 to 5
on the PRchecker.info graphic. Strange :\
Seologs can not verify the rank
and
http://www.pagerank.info/pagerankcheck.php
only shows a rank of 3.
Once your site ranks the same across several PR checkers Please update this thread, I may be interested
no problem, I will keep you posted
Thanks
btw, I did some spot checks with 4-5 of my sites and none of them had the correct page rank at your url (http://www.pagerank.info/pagerankcheck.php) while it is correct in the Google toolbar

Dear Picobello I'm not saying that you're cheating people please do not understand me like that (I've even placed my PR4 link at your website website with reciprocal) , I just want you to know that the pagerank is not real
for ex lolawrites.com has PR 0 and www.lolawrites has PR 5 which is also pointing that PR is not real, what about backlinks it has only 2 backlinks at google which of course cannot give your website PR5 according the formula of PR , maybe on next update it will gain some PR but at this moment I can garantee that it is not
PR5 , if you want me to prove that it is not real PR5 I can do it for you ( but I don't think that it is needed )
Wish you luck
Please don't be so emotive, I trust you man
btw, I have lots of names which have a "real "PR but different for the name with and without the www; this is not a relevant criteria to say it is not real.
Thanks for your comments
No it's relevant cause domain just pointing to another site . I'm just trying to help you , thats all and IT IS FAKE , but it's up to you what to do
Wish you luck
Example:
This is a site I have for one year now: kittenspics.com
both [www.kittenspics.com] and [kittenspics.com] have different PR but they are not fake as you can see:
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:...e=off&filter=0
www.kittenspics.com has real pagerank sometimes it happens that without "www" pagerank is 0 , but lolawrites.com has PR 0 and www.lolawrites.com 's PR is forgedso there is no need to compare these domains
M8 do not take it so serious for me it's not important how are your going to develop Lolawrites I've just stated that PR5 for lolawrites is Fake , and I'm not taking back my words as they are true .
Open up your .htaccess and add this
That will move your dup listing of the non-www to www.yoursite .comOptions +FollowSymlinks All -Indexes
rewriteEngine on
rewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^yourwebsite.com$
RewriteRule ^(.*) http://www.yourwebsite.com/$1 [R=301,L]
I do it to everysite on the very day I start to develop it. No need to have leaky PR and confused Search Engines.
I would recommend adding a robot.txt file too. Even if if is only to allow all robots. They look for that stuff you know....
To exclude all robots from the entire server
User-agent: *
Disallow: /
To allow all robots complete access
User-agent: *
Disallow:![]()
Domain age? - 9 days (According to Whois created on 05.03.2007).
This domain is 9 days old, recently expired? the page that USED to be on that site was a PR5. when google updates your page will drop

This is what SEOLogs says:
href="http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html?url=lolawrites.com
As you can see, this PR is definitively NOT fake !
Rem: go ahead, don't be shy and let's exchange !
dude, that PR5 rank is NOT for the page you have on it, google doesn't update instantly
Google knows about my site -> it is indexed:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search
theres just no hope for some people...
Looks real to me....
ooo! the big scary hacker says it is so it must be,
how does a domain thats 28 days old get a PR5, go read up on pagerank stupid. it USED to be a PR5, then it expired, then picobello backordered it.
When google updates it will be assigned it's correct page rank. Should be about mid may till the next google update
