I set up LINKS to see if this kind of site is useful to promote hot new websites. So far so good. I am getting about 700 visits a day after a couple of days of being implemented and all pages are promptly indexed by Google. I am using Corank as my Hosting site. Good support and stable platform, but they own the data, so I may move to another platform if this works out.
Feel free to register and submit your hot new sites. Let me know if you get any visitors. I am attempting to understand the marketplace and whether I can build on this idea. My primary site at links.com, is till a blog, but I may elevate this site if it gets some traction.

I listed a site, but I'd like to make a suggestion. Where it says, "enter a short descriptive title" - I had the impression I was supposed to leave a tagline for the site, not the site name itself. That box should be labeled Name of Site. It wasn't until I saw the preview that I realized the site name didn't autofill at the top.
Will let you know if I see any traffic from it.
Hi Guys, richrf posted this in the discussion forums and it was moved to the advertising area.
