I check my links on a weekly basis and have to say, I get tired of removing a few links each month because my link has either disapeared or the site has been sold or no longer hosted.

I run a quality web hosting company and my site is well optimized receiving hudreds of unique visitors per day (check estibot). Our homepage is a PR5 with many PR2-PR4 inner pages. Our alexa ranking is 186,454

I am looking for quality website's that want to establish a long term link partnership. I do not want to trade with your site if you plan on selling it a month or two from now, or if you are going to try and build links and then park it.

Location: We are looking for PR0-PR4 sites. Your link will be placed on a resource page.
Types of sites: Domain/Domain Blogs, Web Hosting, Articles, Webmaster, Templates, Technology, IT, Web Design, SEO, Any type of quality website that pertains to the internet.
We only want quality sites - Traffic and PR is not important, but we do not want to be on link farms and burried in page's that have 30+ links on them.
