Q.pe - No Reserve Sedo Auction
Time for an experiment!
I asked one of the people who wanted to buy the domain to make me a random low offer via sedo so that I can push the domain to auction. He agreed and the auction went live a few moments ago, it will end on the 20th of December (Tuesday).

1) It's regged directly at the .pe registry, so not with a potentially shady company like a lot of ccTLD domains
2) Peru is a country with a population of ~30,000,000
3) Anyone can own .pe domains, there are no special requirements
