If you're using CSS, check that the total width of the two columns, plus their margins and borders doesn't exceed the width of the column that they're contained in. I presume the two columns are left floated divs?
Try gradually decreasing one of the column widths and see if they sit next to each other at any point.
OK, never mind the Google stuffEdit the style.css and temporarily change the width: of the #wrap tag to something extra wide, like 900px instead of 780px. Then let me know if the columns sit correctly. Don't forget the semicolon at the end of the line.
I suggest you get your code cleaned up a little before any trouble shooting.

To start with,clean up the CSS for #sidebar
The absolute positioning makes no sense since you have it (correctly) within the wrap. Remove the left, top and position directive and set a float:left - clear:none and make the width 160px. Then you at least have the div #sidebar in the right position and can start looking at the order of the elements.
Post again when you have done that, so we can see the improvement.

I don't know where it is in the script, or how it is generatet.
In the HTML code you will find in on line 57:
#sidebar { position:absolute; top:170px; left: 640px; }
Replace with:
#sidebar { float:left; clear:none; width 160px; }
At least the position of the Sidebar willnow be where it should be.
And again:
Validate your code!!!
There are so many errors that it is difficult to do a logical trouble shooting.
