I just bought this site http://www.myzine.org
And I want to upgrade it to be able to automatically generate video thumbnail on the fly when someone upload them, instead doing it manually as it is now.
Please let me know if you know the solution, we are happy to buy the script or someone to build it for us.

First I need to know on what OS do you host your domain ? Linux or Windows ?

For Linux try to find how to use ffmpeg http://ffmpeg.sourceforge.net/
