Anyone have suggestions for the best free HTML Editor?

Also know where I can get free templates? I have searched online but wanted to know the best site anyone is using.

I normally recommend mozilla to people looking for a free program, but that looks interesting.

I've been using Evrsoft's First Page for a few years now. The updated version is First Page 2006. The previous version was First Page 2000, but the 2006 is their updated version.

It's free and its worked good for me.

Whats the difference with NVU and kompozer?
If there are nothing notable I would just stick to NVU
