Dummies Guide, phpBB

Is there anybody out there who could do me a dummies guide to installing a forum to my site. I know it cant be too hard and i am fine with things when shown in front of me. But trying to read it from an installation point of view i am getting nowhere.
I ask people to install for me, it takes then 5 mins but costs me $10 every time for the privelage.

I have made the mysql DB got the username and password installed in a config.pgp file. All of the fowum folder is uploaded to thru my FTP. Yet when i goto the forum page i get this

Can anybody please tell me where i am going wrong.

Did you assign the permissions for the user to the database inside your cPanel?

yeah user has (all privilages)

Check the username and password in your config file. If you like to provide me with your cpanel login details through PM I can track down what is wrong and let you know. This way you will know for the future.
