Flash / Actionscript expert needed for project

We have a project that requires a transparent FLV to be displayed in and controlled by an SWF.

The swf will be displayed on top of web content using css to position the swf on a top layer.
The swf must be embedded on the page and play the FLV file, once the FLV file ends the SWF needs to 'unload' so the SWF window does not interfere with the functionality of the web site that it is displayed on top of. There should also be controls on the swf that allow the viewer to pause and close the SWF (and 'unload' it)
