I am also having problems with where to locate my sitemap in c-panel.
Right now it is in public_html, but it is supposed to be at http://savings365.com/sitemap.xml.
Apparently there are errors in it. It was created with gcrawler (?)
Any help with this is also appreciated.

As far as I know, in cpanel there is no Sitemap menu.
is it you mean by : File Manager ? in cpanel
I am sorry, I am not familiar with sitemap, except you create an html page like called sitemap.html and inside the file of sitemap.html , you put all links of your site files.
and don't forget to place a link in your index.html in your root directory, so people can click on the sitemap link and find other functional pages.
