help with link changes on forum

5 large images under the header and welcome note.
Links for top buttons / graphics on my forum all currently link back to the home page. No matter what I do, I cant get the link location to change.
Any help would be awesome

well i think you are missing to add the link within <a href=" "> .
So i think if you add the link within " " this might help you .

I tried that. Does not working. There is something somewhere overriding it
