| Platinum Lifetime Member | How to build a community website? Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or could point me in the right direction (websites/people/etc) on how to create my own community website such as Friendster, MySpace, Facebook, etc. I would really appreciate any and all information. Thanks! |

Country: | There are a few of them, including PHPfox. You can read about PHPfox and the others in some of these places: http://www.google.com/search?q=phpfox Some of those scripts mentioned above don't have clean URLs (for SEO). Another possibility is to customize Drupal. Drupal has a huge user community, and an excellent book out by Apress.
