Question How to design a site to serve youtube vids, a helping hand?

Hi,

I'll try and keep this short and semi-understandable.

I have a great idea (don't we all?).

I can imagine how I want it to look (I always can...).

I'm just not sure how to translate it to a working design (...I never am!)

First off, I'm not looking for a youtube clone script; I plan to utilize videos already posted on youtube for my project.

Let's say I want to create a site spotlighting widget videos....

The general classification would be:

_______________________/bob's red widgets
__________/-----red widgets-
_________/_____________\sam's red widgets
Widgets--
_________\______________/sue's blue widgets
__________\-----blue widgets-
________________________\brian's blue widgets

the url scructure being

http://www.domainname.com/red_widget...et_video1.html
or
http://www.domainname.com/b/bobs_red...et_video1.html

I want to be able to do the following:
* Add videos to the site through some sort of interface that would automatically create the page bobs_red_widget_video2.html...bobs_red_widget_vide o3.html...etc....based on my entered information.

* Classify the videos according to categories, i.e. red widgets, blue widgets, etc.

* Classify the videos according to author, i.e. bob, brian, etc.

* Generate the meta title, description, etc etc when pages are created.

I assume this would take some sort of database work (which I know absolutely nothing about)...I just don't know where to get started.

Aside from creating every single page statically (which I would likely die before ever completing).....or coming up with enough money to get it created by a freelancer (i simply don't have the funds) how can this sort of thing be achieved?

Thank you in advance for any help. If the above is not clear enough, or there are any other questions, please feel free to ask.

Thanks!

-Justin
