Point 1 - You cannot play withe adsense code by changing the script / using a script
Point 2 - You cannot place links that appears to be a part of the site and mislead a user to click.

..... Although site looks good, but just put yourself in end-user shoes and think, will you click it?

My answer is - Yes, will click assuming it is a site link ..

You actually NEED to make the Adsense part of the website. I've worked together with Google, and according to them Google Adsense ads should supplement your content. Misleading is relative.. On many sites they are -successfully- using link units under or over the main navigation for example. I've used it as well, and there is nothing wrong with it.

My first thought was: Where is the adsense? Nice hiding but yes, I think it against TOS.

Well, it is quite easy. You can only copy and paste the Adsense code, and take a look at his code..

It's been 15 days since you asked your question, so I don't know if the site has changed, but it is currently setup using the parked domain feature of Adsense and not your standard code snippet you would put on an individual page.
