Looking to develop an affiliate db with webmerge

Hi. Im looking to develop an affiliate website. Recently I downloaded webmerge software and it helps you make the downloaded db into html pages. So all I have to do is clean up the downloaded database in excel and then import it into webmerge and then make a template and that's it. Sounds easy. But I just can't get my head around it. Anyone want to help?

Is it your problem dealing with MySQL database ?
and you are planning to move your website to another server?
If that is the problem, then you can go to your cpanel, and find icon MySQL Database, and then after your entered in the mysql menu, find phpmyadmin link at the bottom of the page.
in the phpmyadmin page choose which one of your database name and select it from the left navigation panel.
Click Export your database and don't choose export in excel file just a text file
and you can edit your database file of txt extension with wordpad,
After you finished editing.
you can upload the database text file through phpmyadmin page and choose import, and you are done.
that's it.
